She spent 16 fulfilling years working as a Human Resource Manager in the financial services industry.  Her background includes an impressive proficiency in all aspects of Human Resources, as well as significant experience at the senior management level participating in and developing a variety of business processes, including strategic planning, budgeting, sales and customer service.
